The main inn has six (6) guest rooms all with private baths. All the rooms have one (1) bed in them. Two (2) rooms have king beds, four (4) rooms have queen beds. For the warmer months, each room has its own air conditioning unit. All rooms are on the second floor and each have an alarm clock, hair dryer, fan, individual heating source, and an amenities basket (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, mouthwash, and a vanity pack).
The Inn is also available to rent for rehearsal dinners, baby or bridal showers, family reunions, surprise parties, meetings, seminars, small parties and weddings of up to 30 people. Arrangements for catered meals can be made based on your needs and price requirements.
The rates per room are listed on the accommodation page and the rate does include a full country breakfast, which is served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. Coffee is always ready by 6:15 am. Additionally, Pleasant View is enjoined by the state of NH to collect the 9% NH Lodging & Meals tax. The rate is single or double occupancy. The rooms are not set up for more than 2 people – as there is only one bed in each room. Cots, roll-a ways, air mattresses, and sleeping on the floor are prohibited.
Are highly recommended in advance. A minimum 2-night stay is REQUIRED on weekends and holidays from May 15 - October. 31. No exceptions.

Due to the small size of Pleasant View, cancellations affect the inn significantly. Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, YOU ARE FULLY OBLIGATED FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights’ reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. You may cancel at any time BEFORE 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you must cancel for ANY reason (this includes but is not limited to sickness, surgery, broken bones, death, or weather) within those 7 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the entire amount of your stay, plus a $30 processing fee. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations and you are fully obligated for the payment of your entire stay.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase travel insurance. That way, if an emergency of any kind were to occur, you would have additional recourse for cancelling your stay and potentially obtaining a refund.
